Chapter 2: Progenerators CP

Sequence of Events:

• We return to the duo of Damien and Maola falling off the cliff.
• Before hitting the ground, they slow down to a gentle descent and touch down safely onto a steel floor.
  • Maloa is amazed; that much steel would make her very rich.
    • Iron is in very short supply, due to restrictions placed by the Council of Arathi.
• The Katar Soldiers do not chase them; they are given up for dead.
• Exploring the lands below the earth, they discover much in the way of forbidden technology.
  • Damien is fascinated by it, while Maola is vaguely appalled as a result of religious bias in her personal thoughts.
• They manage to spot the Progenerator, but they cannot access it.
  • A force field blocks the way.
    • As a result of the passage being barred, and the fact that the Progenerator is ridiculously massive, Damien deeply wants to get closer to it. However, they cannot.
  • Still exploring the area, they discover and use some of the common anemities enjoyed by those who lived before the Splitting.
• Maola discovers an elevator that brings them back to the surface.
  • Damien takes several books with him, to study.
• The elevator happens to lead to the basement of the school, through a maze of passages little known to those who attend it.
  • The elevator closes behind them and they don't know how to open it again.
  • However, Katarans have taken over the island and were searching for all residents of the Isle to ship them back to Katar to work.
• Unfortunately, they are caught, but Damien manages to hide away his books, but holds on to the riddle he found before.
• The chapter ends with the two of them being dragged onto a ship to be shipped back to Katar to work as slaves.
